From main station
In six minutes with tram no. 6 (direction Zoo) from main station (Bahnhofstrasse) or with tram no. 10 (direction Seebach) from main station (Bahnhofplatz) to the stop ETH/Universitätsspital (the 3rd stop).
You are now standing exactly opposite the main building of ETH Zurich (ETH Zentrum).
In three minutes with tram no. 3 from main station (Bahnhofplatz) to the stop Central (1 stop) and from Central with the Polybahn (leaves every three minutes) up to the Polyterrasse.

By Air
Zurich airport is served by many airlines from Europe and overseas. The airport is some 15 km from the city center, and is most conveniently reached by train (a 15 minute journey to Zürich main station with departures approximately every ten minutes, price 5.40 Swiss Franks). Taxi fares are about 50-60 Swiss Franks or 35-40 €

By Train

Local public transportation within Zurich
Zurich has an excellent public transport system with attractive fares: A 24 hour pass allowing unlimited use of all trams, buses, trains, boats and cable cars within the city limits is available for CHF 7.20.

Please arrange with your hotel. ETH Zentrum has only restricted car parking.
